Unity Landscape Design/Build is a full-service Landscape Design and Installation Company located in Church Hill on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. We provide design, build, and maintenance for landscape, hardscape, and environmental projects. We proudly serve Commercial, Residential, Institutional, and Municipal clients.
Our team is committed to designing and constructing ecologically sensitive and functional outdoor living spaces that provide a unified and balanced relationship between people and the environment.
Start to Finish
Our Process
Pre-Consultation
We will gather information about your property and project goals, arrange an on-site visit, discuss project estimation, and our contracting process.
Onsite Consultation
Meet with one of our designers to analyze site conditions and project goals. A budget and timeline will be discussed, a design contract is subsequently written and signed.
Design and Permitting
Our designer will create a design based on your input, project goals, and site conditions. We will provide you with a detailed installation proposal. An installation contract is signed and any necessary permit applications are submitted.
Installation
With a contract signed, deposit and permits received, our professional installation crew will implement your design in consultation with our designer.
Final Walk Through
Having completed the installation of your design, our designer will walk through the project on-site with you to be sure everything is completed to your satisfaction. Care instructions will be provided at this time.
